Description:
Inflatable Images was approached by the Sprout Public Art Foundation with a unique request. The Sprout Fund asked Inflatable Images to create ten giant cold air inflatable works of art selected from the winners of a contest held amongst local Pittsburgh artists. The contest asked artists to design an image that embodied the nature of the Pittsburgh Roars theme. Ten were chosen and the decision was made to consider bringing them to life as inflatable’s. Inflatable Images, of course, took on the challenge and the rest is history.
